About Us

Chris owns Advanced Termite and Pest Control and is an InterNACHI Master Inspector. He grew up working in home maintenance and remodeling and started his pest control career in 1992. By 1998 he was a branch manager, and in 2000 he started his own pest control business. He later worked as a home inspector associate, earned his license in 2006, and the rest is history.

Deana is our Office Manager and an integral partner in the company. She keeps the business organized and running smoothly, overseeing scheduling, billing and client communication, which makes life a lot easier for our busy home inspectors. Before taking the role, Deana had a successful career in the dental industry.

As Chris’s son, Landon shadowed home inspections when he was still a child and always wanted to do his part. He learned the ropes under his father’s careful instruction, and a few years later he earned his own license as a professional home inspector. Landon loves the work and finds it deeply satisfying to help families protect one of their biggest investments.

Waylon is part of our inspection team and has been a tremendous asset to the business and to every home buyer he’s helped. He’s as hands-on as possible when he inspects a home, and he takes his time to calmly and thoroughly explain what he finds, so clients feel at ease going into one of life’s most exciting, and most stressful, investments.

Chris personally sought Zach out, knowing he had the skills, work ethic and integrity our clients deserve. Zach has a strong background in construction maintenance and management, and he takes pride in detailed reports that help clients make informed decisions. Outside of work he’s a family man who cherishes his wife and young son and loves a day at the beach.

Amy is our Assistant Office Manager and helps keep daily operations running smoothly. She handles scheduling, client communication and administrative support, so every customer gets prompt, professional service from start to finish.

Nathan is a dedicated pest control technician who brings a thorough, detail-oriented approach to every service call. He treats each home with care and professionalism, and he takes pride in keeping homes pest-free across Eastern North Carolina.

Caethe is a skilled pest control technician who’s committed to top-quality service and makes sure every customer’s home is thoroughly treated and protected. Her attention to detail and friendly manner make her a valued member of the team.
